StarFix Auto Glass was founded in 1995 when a great demand for auto glass providers was on the rise.
 
Leaving my beloved tool and die profession behind, I started building a new business on a good foundation. An established character for good practices, incentive solutions, precision, customer care and satisfaction. 
 

The Challenge

 
The greatest challenge was choosing the most efficient path. Whether starting with a brick and mortar place or totally a mobile glass shop. Both options coming with their own benefits. But it was clear as with all industries picking up pace, that future customers will more likely pick convenience over the traditional method of taking their vehicle to a service shop. 
 
Of course the logical thinking of most customers was that retail places would be more established, more capable and more secure. But as the tools became more advanced so was the capability of a mobile shop to execute their services identically.     

Quality

 
There are indeed ways to cut the time of a windshield or any auto glass installation. There are absolutely no “cutting corners” here at StarFix Auto Glass. After all these years, with one customer at a time, we have reaped nothing but gain.
 
The auto industry was moving fast in the last couple of decades. New models are coming out almost every year. This is just the beginning of a new era I’d say, where car manufacturers will be able to increase production ten fold as the new EV models will be easier and faster to produce. This new wave will take over the Internal Combustion Engines. That’s where the role of a glass technician is to stay as sharp as he can be to adapt accordingly.
 
With a constant awareness of the competition and focusing on the technological rapid changes, StarFix is up to the bit, and will keep it that way for the years to come.
